How do I get to Western Sports Park?

WSP is located at 25 N. Sports Park Drive, Farmington, UT 84025.

From Salt Lake City International Airport:

  1. Exit the airport and merge onto I-80 E toward City Center/Ogden/Provo.
  2. Take exit 117 and merge onto I-215 N toward Ogden.
  3. Continue on I-215 N and take the exit for I-15 N toward Ogden.
  4. Follow I-15 N for about 14 miles.
  5. Take exit 325 for Park Lane/UT-225 toward Farmington.
  6. Continue on W Park Lane, then turn left onto N 1100 W.
  7. Turn right onto Clark Lane. Western Sports Park will be on your right.

From Ogden:

  1. Head south on I-15 S toward Salt Lake City.
  2. Take exit 325 for Park Lane/UT-225 toward Farmington.
  3. Merge onto W Park Lane, then turn left onto N 1100 W.
  4. Turn right onto Clark Lane, and the park will be on your right.

Once you arrive, look for the signs to Western Sports Park for parking and entrance details. Enjoy your visit!

How is Western Sports Park funded?

Western Sports Park was fully funded through tourism tax revenue, specifically Davis County’s Transient Room Tax (TRT) and Tourism, Recreation, Cultural, Convention and Airport Facilities Tax (TRCCA) funds.

No general fund or property tax dollars were used to build the $70 million campus.

Does Western Sports Park offer space for equestrian or rodeo events?

No. WSP does not have any arena space available for equestrian use. However, the Davis Agricultural Heritage Center accommodates numerous equestrian events and open rides, just 12 minutes north of WSP.

Where is the closest hospital?

The closest hospital is located across the street from Western Sports Park to the north. The U of U Health Farmington Health Center located at 165 N University Ave is less than a 5-mintue drive.

Does WSP allow pets?

NO ANIMALS (except service animals) beyond parking lots, unless you and your animals are registered to attend an animal-specific event.

Are there medical facilities available during events?

There are no medical facilities on site during the events. If needed please call (801) 451-4080 to discuss reserving space in the Athletic Trainer room to provide their own athletic trainer/medical staff.

What amenities are available for athletes and spectators?

Western Sports Park provides convenient amenities for both athletes and spectators. Athletes can access a fully equipped sports medicine and athletic training room for injury care and recovery, as well as team rooms where they can gather, strategize, and rest between events. For quick refreshments, a grab-and-go concessions market is available, offering food and drinks so everyone can refuel without missing the action.

Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?

All of the facilities are fully code-compliant and accessible. Please call (801) 451-4080 for additional assistance.

Is there a lost and found?

Western Sports Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. All guests are encouraged to leave valuable items at home and/or lock their personal items in vehicles when attending events at WSP. During events, “lost and found” items should be turned in to the event organizer. Patrons looking for lost items the day of the event should check with the event organizer. Items turned in to Western Sports Park will be held temporarily and then disposed of. To check for lost items at Western Sports Park, please call 801-451-4087 during normal business hours.

Are there any prohibited items?

What food and beverage options are available?

Multiple food options are available, including a grab-and-go convenience store and a variety of food vendors. Concessions will be a card-only operation, no cash or checks will be accepted.

Station Park, located directly across the street from WSP, has multiple dining options, including fast food. The Station Park dining tenants participate in Doordash, Uber Eats, etc. and we encourage you to use that option as well!

Is outside food and drink permitted in the venue?

Yes, outside food such as snacks and drinks. Drinks must have screw-down lids, no fountain drinks or red dye drinks.
No drinks or food allowed on the playable surfaces. All catering including food trucks have to have prior permission. Please call (801) 451-4080 for additional information.

Is alcohol allowed?

No, the general public can not have alcohol premises. The facility does not have an alcohol license. Alcohol is only allowed with a fully executed rental agreement allowing alcohol.

Where can I stay during my event at the Western Sports Park?

With 23 nationally branded hotels and nearly as many ways to stay as there are things to do, Davis County has the perfect spot for every kind of traveler. Whether you’re seeking a comfortable hotel room, some well-deserved R&R, or an adventurous camping trip, you’ll find just what you’re looking for here.

Is there overnight parking permitted? How do I make a reservation for overnight parking for my RV?

Overnight parking is only permitted in the RV parking area. All overnight RV users must make a reservation and pay in advance of use. For reservations call 801-451-4080. Dry camping is not allowed.

Where can I grab lunch and dinner in Davis County?

Davis County is a food lover’s paradise, with over 400 dining options to explore! Have time in between games or want to go something close? Are branded pop-ups allowed?

Yes, with a signed agreement and a paid reservation.

Rules & Safety

NO gum or seeds are allowed in the building or on the grass.
NO space heaters.
NO cords or cables are allowed in walking areas.
NO tobacco products, illegal drugs, or chemicals of any kind
NO fireworks of any kind.
NO missile / projectile-like objects.
NO glass bottles or aluminum cans.
NO air horns, Vuvuzelas, or whistles of any kind.
NO skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, roller shoes, etc.
NO unauthorized field or batting cage usage – all usage must be approved in advance.
NO open-flame or grills on campus.
NO unapproved pamphlets, handouts, displays, advertisements, etc.
NO unauthorized merchandise, food, beverage, or photography sales of any kind.
NO unauthorized vehicles, scooters, carts, or the like on the campus.
NO unauthorized Personal Training.
All Buses/RVs/Campers should park in Parking Lot “X” during the event. Overnight parking is only permitted by reservation and with a fee payment.
